The Pokémon card scanner built for sellers.
Curio for iPhone is the companion to the web tool. It's built around the one thing a phone does best — capturing a card well — then carries the rest of your operation in your pocket. Scan fast, buy smart, and keep selling wherever you are.

See the app
Your whole operation, in your pocket.
Capture is where it starts, but the app carries the rest of Curio too — your dashboard, inventory, what's listed and sold, and your real profit, all synced with the web.
Illustrative screens — the app is in development. Card images are for illustration only.
Why an app
Capture is the moat, and the phone is where it happens.
Everything Curio does — identify, condition, pricing, the sell-or-hold call — is built on a photograph. A seller holds the card in their hand, so the best place to photograph it is a modern phone, not a webcam or a drag-and-drop. The app makes that capture as good as it can be, then does the rest.
What it does
One app, three jobs.
Capture
Scan a card or a whole pile fast. On-device checks for sharpness, glare and framing mean every photo is good enough to identify and price — the foundation everything else is built on.
Buying radar
Alerts when a card worth grabbing shows up, and a fast max-buy check in your hand, so you can move on a deal at a fair or a boot sale before someone else does.
Companion
Your whole operation in your pocket — inventory, what's listed, what's sold, and your real profit — synced with the web so you can pick up where you left off.
One account, every device
Capture on your phone, run it on the web.
The app and the web tool are the same product on the same account. Scan on the phone, do the big batches and fulfilment on the web, and see the same inventory and profit in both — always in sync. You don't manage two things; you use one, wherever the work is.
FAQ
iPhone app questions.
- Is there a Curio iPhone app?
- It's in development and coming soon. The iPhone app is a companion to the Curio web tool — built around fast, high-quality card capture — and syncs to the same account. Join the early-access list and we'll invite you when it's ready.
- What does the Curio app do that the website doesn't?
- The phone is where you capture. The app uses the camera and on-device checks (sharpness, glare, framing) to photograph cards well enough to identify and price them accurately — something a webcam or file upload can't match. It also brings buying alerts and your inventory, sales and profit to your pocket.
- Will it work with my Curio web account?
- Yes. It's the same account and the same data — you capture on the phone and pick up the heavy batch work on the web, always in sync. There's nothing separate to set up.
- Is it a card scanner or a seller tool?
- Both, and that's the point. Most card-scanner apps stop at 'here's your collection's value'. Curio closes the loop to sold, with real profit — the scan is just the first step of a seller's workflow, on mobile and web.
While you wait, the max-buy calculator and the sourcing guide are ready on the web now.
